The spiral of the Grand Cru corkscrew is coated with teflon so it slides easily while maintaining a firm grip, without ruining the cork. Grab the neck of the bottle, press the tip easily against the cork and turn it clockwise. With consistent movements the cork is lifted out of the bottle, without cork sediment and whirling around the residuum.
